Paddle.com Market Ltd takes payment, issues invoices, handles tax, and processes refunds. Venture VD LLC states the refund decision; Paddle executes it.
30-day guarantee
Request a full refund within 30 days of the first paid subscription period on any plan by emailing support@venturevd.com. No reason is required. The guarantee applies once per customer.
After 30 days
Subscriptions are monthly. Cancellation stops renewal and paid access continues to period end. There are no annual plans. Outside the guarantee, refunds are considered case by case where the service failed to perform as described.
Data after refund
A refund returns the account to Free and does not delete its submission ledger, delivery history, or attribution evidence. Data remains readable and exportable. Deletion is a separate request under the Privacy Notice.
Statutory rights
Nothing limits stronger cancellation or refund rights supplied by applicable law.
