Parties and eligibility
SteadyTable is provided by Venture VD LLC, a Michigan domestic limited liability company (identification number 802557198). Correspondence address: PO Box 103, Jamestown, MI 49427. The Michigan registered office remains 1963 16th Ave SW, Byron Center, MI 49315, United States — unchanged; the PO Box is a correspondence address only, not a change of registered agent. By installing or using SteadyTable you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18, authorized to bind your organization, and established in the United States or Canada.
The service
SteadyTable renders a table on a Wix site from a Google Sheet, CSV upload, or manual rows, caching the last successful sync so the table keeps showing that data if the source becomes unreachable. It is not a system of record, nor a guarantee that Google Sheets or any connected source stays available. Access is read-only on Wix and Google; SteadyTable never writes to a customer's spreadsheet.

Billing, invoicing, and refunds are handled entirely by Wix.com Ltd. under Wix's own App Market terms. Venture VD does not process card data and does not separately administer refunds; refund requests go through Wix.
Availability and termination
No uptime level is promised. Either party may terminate anytime; cancellation stops renewal through Wix, and access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend for security abuse, legal necessity, or material breach. Uninstalling starts the 30-day deletion window in the Privacy Notice; reinstalling within it resumes existing data.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or lost profits, revenue, or data. Aggregate liability is capped at fees actually received in the preceding twelve months, with a $100 floor.
Indemnities
The customer will defend and indemnify Venture VD against claims arising from the customer's connected data, misuse, breach, or failure to give lawful notice or consent. Venture VD will defend and indemnify the customer against claims that permitted use infringes intellectual-property rights.
Law and data protection
Michigan law governs. Parties attempt informal resolution for 30 days; unresolved disputes go to Michigan state or federal courts, without removing mandatory consumer forum rights. The Privacy Notice and Data Processing Addendum apply.
Notices and changes
Send notices to support@venturevd.com. Material changes are emailed at least 30 days ahead; customers may cancel before an unacceptable change takes effect.
