Deskline Terms of Service

Terms between the customer and Venture VD LLC for Deskline subscriptions.

Operator

Deskline is provided by Venture VD LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (identification number 802557198), registered at 1963 16th Ave SW, Byron Center, MI 49315, United States.

The service

Deskline connects Intercom to HubSpot, places support conversations on CRM records, and reports sync completeness and health. It is not a help desk, system of record, archive, e-discovery service, or substitute for customer retention obligations.

Sync is one-way and non-destructive. Gaps are labeled rather than hidden. Sync logs, completeness evidence, health, and exports remain available on every plan. Plan overage queues and warns rather than silently dropping work.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must use the service lawfully, hold authority to process support conversations, provide required notices, protect credentials, and avoid bypassing access controls.

Billing and refunds

Paddle is merchant of record. Monthly plans meter synchronized ticket volume rather than capability. Current prices are on the product page. The refund policy applies. Price changes receive at least 30 days' notice and do not affect paid periods.

Third-party availability

The service is provided as available. We do not warrant that HubSpot or Intercom APIs remain available, unchanged, or defect-free. We do commit to surface platform degradation rather than conceal it.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding twelve months. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspension and termination

Customers may cancel at any time. Venture VD may suspend or terminate for unlawful use, non-payment, or platform-term conflicts, normally with an explanation and reasonable export opportunity unless law forbids it.

Law and changes

Michigan law governs and Michigan courts have exclusive jurisdiction, with an injunctive-relief carve-out. Material changes are posted and communicated before taking effect.
